Democrat Janelle Perez’s endorsement-collecting tour continued Monday, when abortion rights group Ruth’s List Florida announced its support for Perez’s race in Florida Senate District 37.
The endorsement is the organization’s first for a 2022 candidate. It adds to previous nods from Sens. Lauren Book and Annette Taddeo, former U.S. Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, former state Rep. Javier Fernández and LGBTQ political committee LPAC.
