Dolores Guzman embodies community service. Seeing the need for healthcare education in Volusia County, she joined the Healthcare Planning Council of NE Florida and the Hispanic Health Initiative, ultimately winning a position as a County Commissioner on the West Volusia Hospital Authority in 2018. A voting rights advocate, she founded Register to Vote Volusia to ensure that everyone in her community has the opportunity to vote.
