Coronavirus Alert: RLF State Conference Postponed

March 12—

After careful thought and consideration, our Executive Board has made the decision to postpone our Annual Leadership Conference scheduled in Orlando on March 27-28, 2020.

The first available NEW DATE, as of today, is September 18-19, 2020 at the same venue, The Rosen Plaza in Orlando. This new date is highly flexible and will likely change so as not to conflict with the Jewish holiday, so please stay tuned.

Please call and cancel your hotel room reservation.  There will be no charge to you.

We thank you for your current paid registrations which will now transfer to the new date. And thank you for your steady support of RLF. The health and well being of all our electeds, candidates, supporters and staff is our priority in the coming weeks and months.

That being determined, this is an extremely important election year and our mission of getting Democratic pro-choice women elected at all levels of Florida government cannot be postponed.  If anything, our mission becomes more important than ever.

While we all prioritize our own health and those nearest and dearest to us, please don’t forget our candidates. Keep visiting our social media on Facebook Ruth’s List Florida and Twitter and Instagram @RuthsListFL@RuthsListFL. Keep your eye on our candidates here at our website. We may have to “keep our distance”, but we will be social media posting and connecting through it like crazy! When it is deemed safe, we plan to continue traveling the state, holding small gatherings to help raise funds for the Ruth’s List mission and our candidates. Now more than ever, we need your continued support.

Please contact President Pam Goodman or our COO, Bessie Skoures with any questions.

We hope you all stay well and look forward to reconnecting with you in person soon.

We want to acknowledge and express our sincere appreciation to our conference sponsors listed below.
Thank you for your investment in our mission.
